Retaliatory management, incompetent internal systems and misrepresentation of ethics - Development Coordinator Hip Hop For Change Employee Review

I worked at Hip Hop for Change for over a year as a part of the Development Team. For starters, the compensation I received was far below the standard for my position, and I was restricted from certain benefits within the organization. The internal systems at this organization are lacking to say the least. There is little structure and no system of accountability. If you are a hard worker, you will be taking on other people's labor.
