Work from home. Few team members.
Cons
Everything. Low pay. Forget about trying to advance, it’s not going to happen. Benefits are awful and expensive. They are laying off US employees in favor of overseas people. You train the people that take your work and then you are expected to keep high production with little to no work available. No communication from anyone.
