      Pros

      Under prior owners, the company was amazing. Like Google meets background screening. Great environment to work. Good pay, good hours, solid benefits.

      Cons

      Problems at the top! New owners Accurate Background ruined the company, laid off over half the workers, closed the location and then halted the closure after more lay-offs, started hiring new workers at lower rates, etc. Without the prior owners, cronyism and favoritism took over from existing Hirease management and it was downhill from there. Started going to temps, part-timers, and mediocre pay.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, great perks and benefits, wear jeans to work daily, coworkers were all hard working and friendly

      Cons

      Has become very "corporate"; pay; say they support military but fired me, an Iraq vet, while my husband was deployed after I asked for proof that a mistake was mine; lack of integrity on part of management

      It's unfortunate that this previous employee did not feel optimistic about Hirease. We are very excited about our current growth and the opportunities that will be afforded to our current employees and prospective employees. Hirease has procedures in place and an open door policy. Hirease also offers compensation packages higher than many of our competitors in this industry (including matching 401k plans, quarterly bonus incentives and immediate accrual of PTO), as well as, offers a variety of additional benefits. Our employees are very important to our organization.
