      Hitachi has some excellent policies for employees and they ostensibly hold their management to a high standard through the Hitachi Codes of Conduct.

      Cons

      Hitachi empowers local managers who don't adhere to polices and there is no repercussions because Hitachi Corp is loathe to interfere.
