Pros
Amazing people. Good support. Decent compensation. Overall a good place to work. In my opinion, the most important thing in any job is having good people.
Cons
Incompetent management. No clear strategy. Focused too much on profit and not on customers or market needs. The CEO Tom Hatano is terrible and needs to be replaced. His derogatory remarks against staff are simply unacceptable, especially here in New York.
