Like any company, one is not going to always mesh with all personalities.

If you like working 8 to 9 hours straight. There is a female sales person who is very helpful and willing to teach if you ask for help. They do offer medical, dental, and vision.

Not enough people to do the work that needs done. Noone is a team player. You need to get everything in writing or management uses the famous "I don't remember saying that" line. Many long 9 hour days with no lunch or break. Warehouse associate is also a delivery driver, sales associate, and shipping and receiving. Noone from the front likes to help in the warehouse. No formal training on how to do the job. Almost everyone talks about people behind their back so it's a toxic environment. It is also so dirty in the warehouse upper respiratory infections are an almost constant.
