Pros

I was able to quickly move up in the role I began in, so I was very happy with the growth opportunities they make available for their staff. Within just a few months of employment at Hite , I found myself in training for a higher position.

Cons

- Felt as though we were treated like children instead of working professionals. There were consequences for not keeping your camera on even though working from home cant have the same expectations as working from office. almost as if we were In school. - Pay is not competitive in any way especially for the amount of work expected - CEO doesn't follow the rules the way staff do, for example dress code. He dresses extremely casually compared to how we were told to dress in the office. The environment can be unprofessional

Pros

Some of the people you work with, with the exception of the "leaders and managers" are really talented and friendly.

Cons

-Layoffs happened multiple times with no real plan or explanation. People were let go, and responsibility was often pushed onto the team instead of leadership owning it. -The company promotes itself as “Christian” and “family-focused,” but that tone disappears when it comes to tough decisions like firing people. -You're expected to “sweat the shirt” and take on twice the work without any raise, bonus, or real support. -Most of the company’s focus goes into chasing the CEO’s personal goals, but only he and the sales team seem to benefit from them. -Management is disorganized and often unclear, they just want things done, even if the direction doesn’t make sense.
