Pros
The company places a strong emphasis on work culture and keeping everyone aligned and informed. We had weekly stand-ups and a weekly class where the entire company came together to learn about different areas of the business. Over the summer, interns also participated in fun team events like a Braves game, volunteering, poker night, etc. Everyone was incredibly approachable and always willing to meet with interns, whether to offer guidance or just chat over lunch.
Cons
For some interns, it took a bit of time to receive their intern projects. Additionally, the onboarding process felt somewhat redundant, as we revisited the same material multiple times throughout the summer.
