Pros
- flexible and remote work; as long as you get it done, it doesn't matter when or where. the strongest pro was the great life-balance - overall there are some pretty good people as peers to work with
Cons
- very challenging market and the company didn't pivot fast enough. little to know growth. - management (mostly male at the time) seems to have its own "click" where the rest of the company is simply tagging along. this can mean that if you're liked by the right people your life will be a dream, conversely, life can be a nightmare or you will simply be invisible. - HR is really junior, multiple reports on inappropriate or toxic behaviours led to pretty much nothing. very weak and delayed responses. a lot of talk about culture but very little strategy and (most importantly) action.
