      Pros

      I am working here for 2+ Years and have never had any issue with anyone around. Everyone is cooperative and try to help. We all come across customer service issues that at times are beyond control. The team tries level best to work with most annoying customers too... Overall team spirit is high and never give up.

      Cons

      You must be punctual and disciplined for your office time. They don't like latecomers. No Time Pass - Work Sincerely and you get rewarded very well.
