Cons
Hard worker, doesn't matter. Good at your job, doesn't matter. Great with time management, doesn't matter. What does matter is staying late. That will get you promoted. If you could have all your work done by 4, don't do it. Stretch that out until 7 that way upper management sees your face there and thinks, "now that's a hard-worker right there." Boom your promoted. Also, extreme amounts of favoritism at that place. It's really quite astonishing. Sure, every workplace has it, but man, it's through the roof there. My advice for making it there, pucker up, set your family aside, stay late(even if you don't need to), hang out in your bosses office a lot, become a favorite. Straight to the top!
