Lack of proper training, very short break times, favoritism from leads and supers

Great Pay, Great Benefits, you can move up fast just got to put your mind to it and take in and learn everything you can and work hard. They have a union you get the option to be apart of or not. Management is great! They listen and check in with you to make sure you have everything you need to do your job successfully and safely. You get trained for 6 plus weeks depending on department and all the trainers have years of experience and time at this workplace and they are patient and have great attitudes and are willing to explain and make sure you understand what is needed from you as an employee. Ask questions no question is a dumb question. Even if you’ve already asked. The want to make sure you understand everything. Very organized and clean warehouse. Plenty of working room.
