Pros

If you like to travel, this is the place for you. They'll send you all over the world to fix their products that usually don't work when they are brand new. As far as every other single aspect of this awful place, there is nothing redeemable about this company or how it is run.

Cons

This is nothing more then a sweatshop. It is the worst company to work for. The management and owner are abusive to the employees. The working conditions are unsafe and hazardous. They expect you to work 7 days a week and do not allow you to take your PTO as they should. The product they make is also unsafe, and does not work most of the time. There is no morality or ethics to this company or the owner.

We provide our customers with a great product warranty. Occasionally we need to ask a team member to travel. We are sorry for the disconnect between our expectations and yours.
