Only remote work was nice

Cons

NEPOTIC, STRONG MICROMANAGEMENT - full of themselves little leaders (they don't accept feedbacks or suggestions) - don't provide work equipment (no laptop, nothing) - endless manual tasks (not interesting job) - no career path, learned nothing valuable, was useless for me. (they don't pay for the training they say to offer and make it impossible to access) if you don't speak spanish, you'll be treated as nothing, glad I left this hell.

Good pay and enticing bonuses

Cons

Very little time to work with, and plenty workload. They're very strict about their KPIs, even the employment process is rigorous and very rigid. There's alot of rules, protocols and their customer support is more of technical support because you respond to customers and also troubleshoot and resolve their issues yourself. In summary, there's too much work with alot of workflows, processes, and protocols to be able to keep up with. One would never be able to meet up
