      International orientation Good conditions (salary etc.) Interesting employer for short term international exposure and if long term perspectives are no priority

      Cons

      No clear business strategy visible since the merger Bad working atmosphere Permanent restructurings since 2013 Workforce reductions dramatically increase bureaucracy instead of reducing it

      Distance between site locations sometimes can be gruesome if you don't enjoy driving.
