      Benefits are good and flexible working

      Cons

      Not enough staff and the structure isn’t there to cope with the variety of work. A.I need to employ consultants and more people to cope with the workload to support around 300 sites.

      Distance between site locations sometimes can be gruesome if you don't enjoy driving.
