Poorly run organization. Severely understaffed, the hourly workers are overworked and paid poorly. The facility is dated and the food is horrible. During my time there they cut the food budget several times even though the price of food was rising every month. It is a for profit corporation that operates on charging seniors the highest possible rent and then providing a bare minimum of service while the corporation turns a nice profit. Management keeps a smile on their face while they bully and pressure staff to meet their unreasonable goals. Worst place I ever worked. They say they are a "Great Place to Work" but definitely not. The whole Great Place to Work thing is a scam. If you really are a Great Place to Work you don't need that false title, everybody already knows your great reputation. If your thinking about working here, don't and if you have already made the mistake of working here, get out as soon as you can it won't get better.
