Holliday by atria doesn't care about the residents. Everything is sales moving people in. When they took over we were told by the regional manager " If it's not about sales don't call me" the owner are moving to a different management company after three years. Atria did a terrible job with the 2 million dollar renovation to the property. Didn't talk to anyone on ground level, made decisions that made no sense. Atria has lost management control of over 200 properties in the last year. Ownership groups don't trust them with their properties. Pay and benefits are not that good either.
