      Pros

      The money is good as a server.

      Cons

      The management staff is terrible. The owner retired leaving the company to his daughter who could care less about it or the employees. They will do you dirty after years of being loyal. They also keep hostile employees or rehire hostile employees while getting rid of good ones. I was robbed in the establishment with no care by management and I wasnt the first or last.

      Learning experience on the job Great coworkers Positive Environment Decent Pay Steady hours Free food from market, and on Saturdays free family meal provided by the company

      Cons

      Bering part time doesn't always give you enough time to get the tasks done and you tend to go over time which is not fully encouraged. During busier days, have to share workspace which makes things take longer, but at least on those days its ok to go over time
