Pros
Decent benefits package, healthcare plan is compatible to most corporations.
Cons
Management is degrading to employees especially female employees- 6 female employees left my department in a 12 month span. Leadership is too closely tied to the Holman Family and will speak to you whatever way they want to because they can. I reported a manager and the response I received from a upper management male leader was “ you better not be lying to me”. That leader’s spouse is close friends with Mindy Holman. My job changed 3 times in 18 months, and not to mention they let a whole group of people go with only two weeks notice ... and with only a weeks worth of severance pay. Disgusting when one of those people had a disabled parent as a dependent and the other was only back a month from maternity leave. It is not ONE Holman despite all the preaching they do and the job security is lacking compared to ARI. Corporate policies are not defined. I also brought this up to HR when I left and they said that this part of the company is still figuring itself out... GREAT. If you have a doctors appointment or don’t feel safe driving in the snow you better hope your manager is in a good mood that day because there are no defined policies. PTO policy is outdated, you accrue at a very slow pace and you are capped.
