      Pros

      Well known brand. One of the market leader. Great learning opportunities.

      Cons

      While hiring a new employee they don't share the complete offer letter. The offer letter is not clear. They don't even share proper terms and conditions before joining. No job security as employee attrition rate is high. very low compensation. No work life balance.
