      Huge family atmosphere among the workforce. People that care about their community and thrive on being part of the greater good for each other. Insurance benefits are excellent comparatively. Workforce flexibility is also a huge pro.

      Cons

      Staffing remains a stressor in recruiting skilled people to rural Appalachia.
