      Pros

      Almost nothing The only small positive is company is in business of helping the old and sick people

      Cons

      No Systems work. There is no technology No work life balance . Everything is manual which take for ever to complete The management has unrealistic expectation. Employees are expected to work 12 hours everyday and even on weekend.
