It’s easy to maintain a work life balance. Goals and expectations are clearly laid out. They also have ways of training staff that can more easily allow for internal promotion.

Upper management can some times have unrealistic expectations. They utilize time tracking and report practices to try and ensure proficiency, but rarely look at what outside factors could be effecting things.

•Good pay for my experience.

• Extremely stressful work environment • Upper management would disappear for hours at a time during their shift. • Unannounced schedule changed within 24 hours of shift with no notification • Lots of drama between other employees • Actions do not reflect values set by corporate • Lots of micromanaging • Extemely high turn over rate, more than you expect from a retail job. • Management never owned up to any mistake they made it was always someone else's fault
