Pros

The only pro was the awesome clients, being able to offer them support despite their dissatisfaction with this company was rewarding.

Cons

Very low pay rate, unable to effectively manage both clients and staff, extremely disorganized, very high employee turnover rate, resorted to hiring and retentaining unfit and unqualified staff, dishonest and unknowledgeable about client needs, excessive phone calls pushing employees to pick up shifts. Taking on new clients knowing very well they couldn't provide care givers for them, mandating office staff and schedulers to care for open shifts. Clients and their families expressed high degrees of dissatisfaction with substandard service such as: caregivers not showing up and neglecting to provide care, the company unable to schedule caregivers to paying clients as promised resulting in neglect, constant calls to clients switching and cancelling caregivers, clients and families expressing high degree of stress resulting from poor services. I would not trust this company to provide care.
