Pros

There are a few amazing mangers but they are just as frustrated and under appreciated my manager was horrible but the assistant was amazing but wasn’t allowed to manage me. I think she is manager now. She always coached me when she could get away with it and tried to keep it less toxic. It’s hard to have a job where everyone and i mean everyone even outside sales hated the manager but loved the assistant who really did all the work. The manager was just toxic. They play favorites to friends and family always. They have allowed toxic behavior and way under qualified people to be in charge over people who actually could make things better. Zero care for employees happiness. So much turn around in customer service while i was there plus inside sales. The owners were out to lunch or allowed toxic things. Didn’t have to be this way. Just communicate and create a better place to work. I was always on camera. My manger would watch it and be nasty about the silliest things. I am a hard worker and at my new job get rave reviews.

Cons

You are treated like garbage. Very little time off. Vacation-and holidays are a joke. No yearly reviews, family owned and they only look out for their own. Could be an incredible company but the double standards and lack of communication is horrible. You are super replaceable.

Pros

Manager is great and very understanding. The hours are good

Cons

They are using really old software that crashes often, which makes you look slow in your job to customers. The pay is only $17 an hour it can stay there for years. There are bonuses you my get if you beat out others. However for the amount of detailed legally binding things you have to do especially working with such an old system. 4 people were hired when I was there and they all quit within a week. Using Microsoft Access as the base for your database in 2025 is crazy. Microsoft canceled it it 2009 and stopped help with it in 2014.
