Pros

I don't really think that there were any pros.

Cons

The company cares more about pleasing the customer than their employees. Very hard push to make the experience best for customers. Asked about COVID protocols, they clean once a day and said to just sanitize the counter if the customer gives you a look. There was a max of 4 people in the break room at a time, however, there was always usually closer to 12. Do not accommodate the schedule you want. Except you to make a part-time minimum wage job not only your career but your whole life.

Lack of HR involvement, lack of positive culture, lack of partnership support, district does not feel like a supportive team
