Pros
Positive, interesting, challenging, rewarding. The business has so many great parts, and yet still so much opportunity to develop and improve. So it’s a great place to work. There’s a focus on doing the right thing, led by the CEO Greg Reed, but in a commercial realistic way. It’s not a perfect place, but it’s positives far outweigh the negatives and it feels like it’s moving in the right direction. If I had a 20 something child I’d tell them to join. Work hard, do the right thing, be creative, find solutions, and you could have a great career here. The ambition and energy in the company is catching, and helps people deal with the hard work and regular change.
Cons
The location isnt glamorous, and it’s not ideal if you want a steady, undemanding, easy job. There may be a few of those, but this is generally a place where you need to work hard, adapt, and try to do the right thing even if it is hard.
