Pros
Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet end up working here. Good if you enjoy the feeling of oppressive depression and stress or if you are a social pariah.
Cons
The nice people get there souls sucked out of them eventually and become shells of what they used to be, or worse generic catty office workers. No work work life balance No visibility of upper management (head of and CEO level everything underneath is easy to communicate with.) Thankless both in customer and professional life Cares more about numbers then the people working to achieve them
