Cons

growing quickly- the Company is moving fast and there are constant changes. you need to LOVE working in a start up environment and LOVE being flexible to succeed here lack of diversity in Senior leadership. It's a family run Company still so there's only so much diversity that can happen when the Founding family is the leadership

Pros

If you like a non traditional Monday to Friday schedule, this is the only pro to this job.

Cons

Low paying wage-$20/hr They offer incentives, but make it VERY hard to obtain them. VERY high volume call center, 70-100 calls a day! Rude and entitled customers you have to deal with! Management changes their minds on call taking procedures all the time! You get use to doing something, then the procedure is switched up randomly. They LOVE to micromanage their agents. They write you up for anything without giving warnings beforehand that you're on the brink. No appreciation for their CSR'S at all! No lunches or anything to build/keep morale in the call center.
