Pros

1. Nice offices in Chicago

Cons

1. Start-up company that struggles with business direction and overall mission statement. 2. Absence of effective executive leadership: A culture where nepotism reigns, promotions favoring family or friends, and performance takes a backseat to favoritism. The CEO appointed his son-in-law as president, his daughter as the head of marketing/CMO, and his wife handled accounting duties. 3. DEI efforts are lacking. The organization exhibits significant lack of diversity, particularly in executive and mid-management positions, with predominantly white leadership. However, there is slightly more diversity noted in IT roles and among individual contributors. 4. Compensation and benefits were standard.

Pros

If you like a non traditional Monday to Friday schedule, this is the only pro to this job.

Cons

Low paying wage-$20/hr They offer incentives, but make it VERY hard to obtain them. VERY high volume call center, 70-100 calls a day! Rude and entitled customers you have to deal with! Management changes their minds on call taking procedures all the time! You get use to doing something, then the procedure is switched up randomly. They LOVE to micromanage their agents. They write you up for anything without giving warnings beforehand that you're on the brink. No appreciation for their CSR'S at all! No lunches or anything to build/keep morale in the call center.
