Pros

Friendly co-workers, the company sometimes organises events with food and drinks.

Cons

I don't know where to start. They don't pay well and treat their employees without respect (e.g. tell them a monkey could just as well do their work or that it's their own fault they suffer from burnout symptoms). Several employees were fired without good reasons while others are bullied out. People in charge don't know what they are doing but don't get the necessary training to learn how to do so, either. Those who don't agree with what the CEOs say are told that they are simply not living according to the "company values" - while the management doesn't live up them, either. Most employees are expected to do overtime every day.

Pros

Cannot find any pro about the company

Cons

People, egos, lack of strategy, common sense and the absurd idea to give leadership roles to the most clueless people ever, not a surprise the final company outcome

Pros

Remote work. That's it, the only benefit

Cons

- Extreme micromanagement and favouritism. It was evident that the manager did not like me for no particular reason, and did not even try to hide it. Excessive control and criticism, often accused me of things that were not my fault and questioned my quality of work continuously. When I reached out about her and her ways to HR I got laid off shortly after. - The colleagues were a clique, very unfriendly and in some ways very unprofessional. - Very toxic environment, it was a relief to not work there anymore
