      Pros

      Great for the freelancer who likes the flexibility of being independently creative and setting your own schedule. You work within a specified budget which makes it nice for purchasing and knowing your guidelines. Payment immediate which was a plus!

      Cons

      Poor communication from administrative team, made it hard to coordinate installs.

      Pros

      Team members are great people to work with, always willing to help. Excellent opportunity to growth and develop your skills to the full potential.

      Cons

      Homeroom is great. Maybe later in the future, they will include more benefits, but for now, salary compensation is enough.
