8yWhile I was disappointed to read your review, I do appreciate your candor. We learn from each review, both positive and negative. We certainly are not perfect but are working hard each day to get better and better. I'm sorry you did not have a great experience during your employment with us and wonder if you spoke openly to our managers about your concerns. We do have an open door policy here and we pride ourselves in promoting from within. In fact, in the past year in our San Diego location, 5 account executives have been elevated to roles with greater responsibility. I'm sorry we weren't a fit for you and I wish you success!
