Work from home. Decent pay and benefits. Incentive pay

Horrible management. IT is sourced from India. You are required to use multiple programs that are outdated and always having issues. The required personal metrics are unreasonable and cause lack in customer service experience. Under informed about partner information such as rates and price increases. You have to submit a ticket to speak with HR and then wait 3-5 business days for a response. I had a FMLA leave that had issues and it took 7 months of back and forth for HR to actually do something about it and resolve the issue after they kept stating there was nothing they could do.
