      There was free food after meetings

      Cons

      TERRIBLE management They do not train their employees Family owned business There isn't any potential growth within the company Small amount of employees Ugly merchandise The Sales team and girls in the office are very rude and have lots of drama The workplace is very negative and unhealthy The culture in the office is to make money however they pay very low They DO NOT TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES AND EXPECT YOU TO KNOW HOW TO DO EVERYTHING

      Pros

      - nice family, Jewish holidays off - learned a lot, small company so wore a lot of different hats - hands on experience - very organized when it comes to what is expected per season

      Cons

      - very little pay for intense turn overs - little - no room for growth - cannot wfh at all even though the CD is fully remote - the small company aspect can feel lonely day to day since you'll just be sitting at your desk until 6 everyday
