Pros
Honda is a company that will embrace your ideas, let you think outside of the box, and run your projects as you see fit. My group supports growth with continuous training and travel. Challenging opportunities if you search for them.
Cons
Very little keeping anyone here if you purely look at compensation and benefits. Pay is fair, but not great. Insurance is awesome and extremely affordable. They offer very low incentive for education reimbursement and vacation time is low.
