Pros
I worked for HMA for 10 years. I was given a lot of opportunity to do and learn a lot of different things. Lots of responsibility, hard work, and I really enjoyed the accountability the company expects from its associates.
Cons
The company considers the learning environment part of your compensation. A method of keeping salaries low. Dept, Division and Senior Managers are very political and pick their favorites that are permitted to progress.
