Nothing at all, everything is poor and that’s why none of their staff stay more than 2/3 months.

They don’t treat like human. Wages is freaking low. The area managers have an attitude like the Owner. Team member gets on the line of minimum wages. Way too much underpaying as way too much work they would want staff to do with no appreciation and rude treatment.

Honi Poke London has the potential to become a truly great place to work, but there’s still a journey ahead to reach that level. Pros: Friendly team with a nice work atmosphere Predictable workload with well-set quality standards Fairly easy work conditions compared to other OSRs Reliable and stable salary Beautiful, cohesive brand that’s enjoyable to represent
