Client Management at Honor is a dead end. You will grind it out daily trying to keep your head above water with a workload that can only be described as suffocating. Even more so if you work with a partner, which is most people now that this is the model driving the company's growth. What's worse is that once you have mastered your role and proven you are ready for more responsibility, there is nowhere for you to advance.
The culture is extremely "heads down" and each pod is pretty isolated from the others, which is creating a real morale problem. Most people in the role feel so maxxed out that it's a rare occasion to have any social interaction with anyone outside of your immediate team.
Honor is so focused on the client/partner/caregiver experience that they have severely neglected the people who are holding operations all together. More and more will be added to your plate to the point of total burnout. This is treated as the norm and has resulted in frequent resignations and no doubt many more to come. Don't expect any "thank yous" or pats on the back when you make a miracle happen - perfection is the expectation.
Growth from client management is very stagnant and there appears to be no plan in place to offer further career development and growth beyond CM, unless you're interested in a lateral move or demotion. If the business doesn't have anywhere for Client Managers to grow, then Honor will continue to lose great employees.
