* If you're a fresher like me you'll learn things that they never teach in classes.
* The work you do makes an actual difference to the company and its customers.
* The size of the company allows you to see the entire process of SD from code review to actual production.
* The employees I have interacted with are very helpful but at the same time you need to ramp up your learning curve.
* No micromanagement of hours as long as you get work done.
Cons
* Obviously the pay is low but you can't really complain if you're a fresher.
* Work gets overwhelming at times.
* No sponsorship
* Advice - if you get in, ask what you'll be working on and be prepared when you come.
