Great team with an extreme focus on learning, getting better, solving the problems of their customers.

The markets they are in can be volatile, because they are diversified volume is usually pretty consistent unless multiple industries drop off at the same time.

The people are smart, hard working, and love to share their experience (machining, equipment, quality, etc.)

Although there is always work, the mix changes (this is also why I love how they cross-train and you get exposure to multiple areas of the plant and equipment).
