Pros
- Lots of smart people to learn from - HR really makes an effort to listen to people and help them grow - The lunch - The location - Activities outside of work such as running, yoga, game nights - Interesting clients and projects
Cons
- The way that internal changes are communicated often makes no sense - The starting codebase for all projects is chaotic and coupled - There is not much plain Reactjs used, instead they use a self written widget library that takes most people months to get slightly comfortable with - Many technical solutions seem overly complex - Salaries are not transparent, getting a raise can be a real pain - Teams work in sprints but mostly without the sprint focus part
