Pros
Amazing trainers / Provides quality Safety equipment/ Reliable trucks
Cons
I really do like the training and most of the people I have been working with BUT I have never seen a company not offer to take care of people driving 160 miles daily . Others on my team have already said to management they can't afford the fuel and are unhappy, luckily I can afford it for now. This company is not friendly (except trainers) after your hired . Very nice up front. They don't seem concerned about people leaving after 2 week employment . This may be because they seem to be doing really well and can afford it . BE AWARE : you will drive 3 hours per day mostly on your own dime. No cell phone / related equipment are NOT covered. Calculate that in when you accept the job. BUT they do have lots of work and excellent trainers. I fyou have been an installer before , you know most of these problems come with the territory except that most companies gladly offer mileage pay especially if people are quitting because of that small issue .
