Good company to work for! The work / life balance is great considering the Fridays are a paid day off.

No cons that I can tell yet!

The people are friendly, they have a decent bonus program, and the benefits seem solid.

The working conditions are subpar and unsafe in many areas. There's a lack of drive to improve the equipment. They have an expectation to constantly work long hours and the employees are underpaid.
