Great company to work for, employees mostly get along well and management is willing to listen and try new ideas. Work life balance is wonderful and supervisors and understanding and accommodating.

Very busy over the past few months, need to hire more people

The people are friendly, they have a decent bonus program, and the benefits seem solid.

The working conditions are subpar and unsafe in many areas. There's a lack of drive to improve the equipment. They have an expectation to constantly work long hours and the employees are underpaid.
