Everyone at Horizontal is so smart and great to work with, and the client work our teams do is interesting. Overall, it's an enjoyable and fun work environment.

There is not much room for career advancement unless you're here for eight plus years or in a role where you can directly show business value. Part of that is just the job market and economy, too, with companies being more stingy with promotions.
