The company has a long history and was once known for its strong, collaborative culture. Even though compensation was not always at market level, the sense of teamwork and shared purpose made it a positive place to work. Many employees valued the stability and legacy of the organization.

The culture has shifted, communication across teams is almost not existent with a lot of micromanaging, over-control, secretive, and collaboration is not as it was before. Career opportunities are limited to an elite.
