      Pros

      St Johns has been wonderful to me. This is the only job I’ve had that I don’t hate. They pay competitively and give raises based on performance. The benefits are okay. The pto time is amazing and there is so many Departments to transfer to if you aren’t enjoying where you’re at. Overall my employment has been exceptional and I have learned so much and gained so much experience.

      Cons

      Staffing can be low on occasion but not a lot of staff turnover.

      Pros

      Had good benefits and was wonderful to work in the year 2020-2025. Co-workers were friendly around 2023 and got along great with all of the coworkers.

      Cons

      There are numerous ones that I do not like about the company. Most of the people I worked with were not friendly, micromanaged and the company sold us out to Ensemble Health Partners which is even worse than HSHS on micromanging. I am pretty upset about them not letting us know at least a year ahead or 6 months that we were moving to Ensemble Health Partners. Everyone who was up for retirement stopped working for HSHS because of us moving to Ensemble Health Partners.
