      Good retention, teamwork across departments, patient focused.

      Cons

      HSHS does not follow a Christian based healthcare delivery system without judgement and care to patients varies based on social status. I strongly believe in social equality and excellent healthcare service delivery to all who need it regardless of socioeconomic status and character judgements based on criminal history. Upper management is reactive and unprofessional showing poor respect for long term employees with good annual evaluations.

      Pros

      Had good benefits and was wonderful to work in the year 2020-2025. Co-workers were friendly around 2023 and got along great with all of the coworkers.

      Cons

      There are numerous ones that I do not like about the company. Most of the people I worked with were not friendly, micromanaged and the company sold us out to Ensemble Health Partners which is even worse than HSHS on micromanging. I am pretty upset about them not letting us know at least a year ahead or 6 months that we were moving to Ensemble Health Partners. Everyone who was up for retirement stopped working for HSHS because of us moving to Ensemble Health Partners.
